Fantastic Avocado

One of the most cold-hardy avocado varieties we've found, 'Fantastic' has been known to survive even when temperatures dip below 15 degrees, rare for a plant many consider to be tropical. However, to be safe it may be best to plant in a large container to bring indoors when an arctic freeze comes our way. Fruit is quite round, more so than most avocados found at the grocery store, with a pleasant nutty taste characteristic of a high quality fruit.
Plants are self-fertile but will have an even heavier fruit set when planted with others.
