Supplied as a bare blade for custom handle fitting, it is intended for knifemakers and stalkers who want to build or refurbish their own working knife. The blade is forged from 80CrV2 carbon steel and heat treated to 59–60 HRC, giving it the edge retention and sharpenability that makes this grade a firm favourite in Nordic knifemaking.
